Contacting NCS will be simple and direct to the point. NCS’s system will use address lookup database to identify which operations center will take the call. Every county will have its NCS operations center. There are a few ways to reach NCS as follows:

While one will email cs@211.ka, they will receive an email from another address. This will prepend cs to a 5 digit ID number followed by @211.ka. Therefore, someone might get an email from cs01847@211.ka. The second option is telephone. NCS will only be able to provide services to those living in Kaldus. Therefore, every call to 211 will do an address lookup which will direct the caller to the appropriate service center. The last option will be to visit 211.ka directly, and do the help lookup on their own. The database at 211.ka is the same that the customer representative will have access to.
