NCS will have a few ways to receive help. This is done to make it as easy as possible for someone to get the help they need, and make the most of the benefits they need. It would assume that the vast majority of people calling them will be disabled, elderly, or low income. Those feature will almost guarantee social welfare programs provided by HHS, and charities that would be of help. There will be no point in providing charities to help with bill assistance if they need education funding. When contacting NCS, they will need to provide their name, NIN, date of birth, email address (or fax number), income, county, and any preferential assistance (such as disability). They will also need to provide for the number in the household. There is no point in offering a SRO for a family of 5.
The first option one might think of when contacting NCS will be telephone. This can be done by dialing 211 or +883 100 4357 29621. NCS will only be able to help people within the nation, so providing an international number will make little sense since all telephone providers must support x11 dialing. The person in need will provide the information they need to give the operator. The operator will then either email the information to their email address (preferred). If this is the case, the From is cs@211.ka. If via fax, then the From is +883 4357 29620.
The second option is via email. One will write to cs@211.ka, and provide the information they need to provide. An email operator will look up the resources for them, and reply via email. In this case, the email address will be cs and a 6 digit number after cs. This is the unique email address of the worker. If the person in need wants to use email, but does not have an email address, then they can acquire an account with Ka-Tel, and get a free email account. This will be their NIN@mail.ka. If the person has no computer, they can go to https://mail.ka and login via the web by using the library or an Internet cafe. The resources will be provided in a .pdf file which the user can print out. Since mail.ka supports an email client, and webmail – then this will be the most flexible option for a free email address.
The third option will be to do the research themselves. The person in need will go to https://211.ka, and fill out the information needed and select the services they need help with. There will be a database scan for the resources that would be available. Once the system will find all of the resources, it will allow the person in need to checkout. The information can be sent as an email with a .pdf attachment for all of the resources. Another option will be a fax number. In either case, the person needs to provide the contact information.
