Contact

Contacting NCS will be simple and direct to the point. NCS’s system will use address lookup database to identify which operations center will take the call. Every county will have its NCS operations center. There are a few ways to reach NCS as follows:

  • Email: cs@211.ka
  • Fax: +883 100 4357 29620
  • Telephone (Domestic): 211
  • Telephone (International): +883 100 4357 29621
  • Web: https://211.ka

The best solution for NCS to operate will be by email. Email is not as immediate, but will allow the customer support to acquire the email in order received, find the resources, create a .pdf file which will be sent to the person in need. For email, the person will write to cs@211.ka and that would start everything. Going to https://211.ka/email will provide the information needed by customer support. By providing the information required in the first email will be the best solution. Those without web browsing access can write to info@211.ka to get the same details as in the web page. The person in need will receive an email from an address that will start with cs followed by a 6 digit number (such as cs456680@211.ka). This will allow replies to a particular customer support rep to help reduce the need to repeat themselves, and therefore be more efficient.

For those that need an email address will have a number of options. First, there are a wide variety of free email providers such as gmail.com, or outlook.com. These providers should also work in Kaldus since email is considered as an essential resource. Those that are students, or faculty at a school will have a edu.ka email address. Their ISP might also offer a free email account, and if those options aren’t good ones, or available, then those willing to have a Ka-Tel account will be able to acquire a free mail.ka email address. In the case of edu.ka, and mail.ka – the UID (left of @) will be their NIN. Therefore, if Frank’s NIN is 52022554377, then his address will be 52022554377@mail.ka.

NCS will have a telephone number. This is more hands on with the operator. If the operations center is overcrowded with need to help, then the caller can do a call back when they are next in line. The operations center is open from 7AM – 7PM, and it is best to call as early as possible. 211 will not work with service connections outside of Kaldus. Even calling the telephone number, the person in need will have to provide an email address, or fax number.

NCS will have a website. This site will have the same database that the operator will use. This is good for anyone that is willing to do the lookup themselves. The first thing they will need to do is enter a form which will identify a few basics such as email address or fax, and county. The person in need will select possible resources, and each selection will add the information to the cart. Once the person selects all of the resources they can qualify for, they will check out. This information will be sent either by email (as a .pdf file), or by fax to the fax number provided.
